Asking for help is one of the most difficult things to do as human beings. It is a sign of weakness and failure, especially when it comes to dealing with our mental health. The stigma is so strong, in fact, that over 60% of people suffer without any type of professional help with their mental illness when they could be getting the help they so desperately need.
